Tina Hornbaek is Director of Dairy Bioprotection Application in Chr. Hansen A/S. She holds a Ph.D. in microbiology and has decades of experience in the area of bioprotection in research, industry development and application. The department of Dairy Bioprotection headed by Tina is highly experienced in culture development activities as well as in the support of dairy customers worldwide when implementing and validating the benefits of fermentation-enabled bioprotection.
