Radwa is a Regulatory Affairs professional with more than 15 years of experience in Scientific and Regulatory affairs field. She started in the pharmaceutical field then moved to FMCG, specialized in the food industry. Throughout her career with Regulatory, she has lead different regulatory teams towards compliance. She has also managed and worked on multiple external initiatives and advocacy efforts with various governments.

Radwa has held various regional roles in the regulatory field and has worked on multiple food categories, she also obtained a postgraduate certificate from DelV ontfort University - Leister-UK, where she studied EU food Hygiene regulation, the establishment of the EFSA and performed various comparisons and studies between codex, FDA and EU, that helped better understanding to Food regulation.

Radwa has held various senior positions across big multinational food companies such as PepsiCo, Mondelez, Nestle before she joined Kellogg's in 2019 and became the Head of Regulatory and Wellbeing.
