Marcelle Roubanian, is the Regional Marketing Director at Endress+Hauser Middle East. Endress+Hauser is a reputed Swiss-based process Instrumentation Supplier with global footprints. Earlier to this, she has worked for Industry Majors like General Electrics and Royal Dutch Shell. Marcelle calls herself a “Growth hacker” & has held leadership positions in “Strategic marketing & business development” handling diverse markets from the Sub Saharan, CIS to the Middle East. In her present role She leads a team of Industry experts in F&B, Oil & Gas, Water & Wastewater and keenly follows the impact of Industry 4.0 (Digitalization) in each of these segments. Marcelle has a Post-graduation in International Relations, and BA Economics. She is Shaping further education with MIT, London School of Economics in building and scaling Intelligent Enterprises with Artificial Intelligence, Data monetization strategies, Circular Economy & Sustainability. Outside of work, she is passionate about driving CSR Initiatives & believes that her energy, passion and foresight, motivates and inspires positive outcomes for the overall good of the industry & society at large.
