Dr. Hassan Bayrakdar
Dr. Hassan Bayrakdar graduated from the Université Henri Poincaré Nancy - France with Ph.D. degree in Chemistry, specialized in food regulations, regional and international food & beverages standards. His wide knowledge covers food regulations in the Middle East, North Africa and Turkey. Having spent 19 years diving in leading food companies, monitoring and establishing food standards across the region, he obtained an extensive knowledge of Regulatory & Scientific and Quality Systems relevant to food and beverages manufacturing such as expertise on Halal, food regulations and laws, crisis and Issue management. Dr. Bayrakdar started his profession with the world's largest food and beverage company, Nestlé. For 16 years, he was the Corporate Scientific and Regulatory Affairs Manager at Nestlé Middle East. In extension to his massive experience, he spent 3 years as the Corporate Scientific and Regulatory Affairs Manager at MARS company incorporating Middle East, Africa, Turkey, and India regions dealing with food and beverages regulations in the region. Having a successful background in regulatory and scientific affairs, he started RAQAM Consultancy company in 2014 in Dubai. RAQAM Consultancy company was born with a great leading mindset and in-depth knowledge of the industry to serve multi purposes across MENA.
