Anna Fargas is the Strategy and Growth Director for MENAP at Mondelēz International. Based in Dubai, she is responsible for several areas of scope including I&A, RGM, M&A, E-commerce, Wellbeing and Sustainability with an objective to develop and implement strategic plans in those areas to drive organizational success. Anna’s professional background is in Strategy/Management Consulting in which she had multiple on-the-ground client engagement across more than 15 countries around Africa, Middle East, Turkey, CIS, China and SEA. She also developed strong and deep experience in Consumer Goods Industry working for Mars Inc. and developed expertise in innovation, full transformation market roadmap, analytical marketing, growth agendas, pricing, products and services portfolio definition, sales & distribution. Anna has demonstrated her leadership dealing with ambiguity and defining the future on new areas of the business whilst collaborating and partnering across markets and functions and establishing the dialogue with the different stakeholders. Anna’s ability to articulate the vision into a long-term GROWTH strategy and then translate that into a complete and granular action plan with robust ways of working to execute and ‘make it happen’ has been a key asset to the business. Anna holds a BS & MBA on Business and Administration from ESADE Business School.
