COVID-19 safety guidelines

Dedicated to deliver a bigger and better edition, the Future Food Forum 2021 is also committed to ensuring that the health and safety of all attendees remains as a top priority.

Plan ahead for a smooth experience

As per the Expo 2020 Dubai safety guidelines all attendees above the age of 18 are required to provide proof of any COVID-19 vaccine. The proof presented must be recognised by their national government. If vaccination proof is not available, a negative PCR test taken within the previous 72 hours is also be acceptable.

Face masks are a must

All attendees are required to wear face masks at all times.

Social-distancing regulations

A distance of at least two metres must be kept between people.

Sanitation

The Dubai Exhibition Centre and common areas outside the venue are regularly cleaned and sanitized.

Hygiene

Hand-sanitizer stations have been placed and are readily available throughout the forum venue.

Medical services

Medical specialist and dedicated facilities are available on site to assist and manage any occurrence of potential medical issues.

Across the entire Expo 2020 Dubai you’ll find:

An abundance of hand-sanitising stations and washrooms
Markings on the ground indicating the appropriate distance to keep, whether you are queuing, viewing exhibits and performances or enjoying our parks and recreational areas
Dining areas with tables adequately distanced from one another and with the appropriate seating capacity
Expo staff members who can assist you with your questions and guide you on our safety practices
Medical clinics and facilities, in case you feel unwell

Haven’t been vaccinated?

Non-vaccinated attendees who have not been tested within the last 72 hours can utilize the testing facility adjacent to the Expo 2020 site free of charge upon the presentation of any legitimate Expo 2020 ticket. Results can be received within an estimated four hours.
